Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct aims to create a responsible, ethical, and sustainable work environment for all employees of the factory. All management, staff, and workers strive to uphold these principles and actively work towards their implementation and continuous improvement.

Code of Conduct
    • Child Labor is completely prohibited in the factory and has sufficient policies in place in relation to slavery and human trafficking.
    • Forced, bonded or involuntary prison labor is not allowed in factory. Workers should be free to leave their employer after a reasonable notice period.
    • There must not be discrimination on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, union membership or political affiliation and these are strongly prohibited.
    • Must follow wages and benefits for a standard working week with relevant minimum wage standards. Wages are paid in strict compliance with the law.
    • Standard working hours are ensured in accordance with law.
    • The factory complies with all applicable local environmental, safety and health regulations.
    • The factory complies with all related current legalization in the different applicable areas.
    • The use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion and verbal abuse are forbidden.
